Established by Dongjiang Environmental in October 2014, Jiangxi Dongjiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangxi Dongjiang”) is responsible for Jiangxi Solid Waste Disposal Center Project, and mainly engages in collecting, treating and disposing various industrial wastes. Located at Gongqingcheng City, Jiangxi Province and listed in the Construction Program for Hazardous Waste and Medical Waste Treatment Facilities in China printed and distributed by the State Council in 2004, the above project is a provincial hazardous waste disposal center approved by the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province and State Environmental Protection Administration (now the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the P.R.C.), to assume the centralized treatment and disposal of the industrial and social hazardous waste of the whole Jiangxi Province. The company has raised about 0.7 billion yuan fund through non-public issuance of A-share in 2015 which is to be used in the construction of Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Center Project of Jiangxi Province.

Scope of business: Being able to treat 31 categories of hazardous waste in the 49 categories of hazardous waste inventory (physical/chemical treatment, incineration and solidification)
