(hereinafter referred to as “Longgang Dongjiang”) is responsible for investing, constructing, operating and maintaining “Shenzhen Longgang Dongjiang Industrial Hazardous Waste Treatment Base Project”, and mainly treating waste incineration fly ash, etc.
